Beth Perez is an associate with the firm’s Philadelphia office, focusing her practice on product liability and premises liability primarily within the construction, food & restaurant and retail industries. Beth represents general contractors, construction managers, owners, engineers, architects and subcontractors, as well as construction material manufacturers and suppliers on both public and private projects.
Beth attended Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research and the University of Dayton School of Law. Before joining Perez Morris, she served as a Child Advocate Attorney for the Defender Association of Philadelphia, where she provided zealous advocacy for abused and neglected children; working with complex and multidisciplinary state and municipal systems to secure full scale support for her assigned child clients. Continuing this work presently on a pro bono basis, Beth is currently in the process of becoming a Volunteer Child Advocate Attorney for abused and neglected children in the Philadelphia child welfare system.
Beth lives in the Philadelphia area, and in addition to her extensive volunteering efforts, she enjoys travel to Hawaii and abroad.
