Josh Rockwell joined Perez Morris in 2006 as a member of the litigation department. He focuses on subrogation litigation, logistics, and general business litigation. He regularly handles property loss recovery on a nationwide scale for several national retailers as well as nationwide recovery efforts for national and international shipping and logistics companies. Josh also was involved in various high-value construction and product liability cases.
He has extensive experience representing large, multinational companies with complex financial, inventory, or business interruption losses. Josh successfully litigated issues related to salvage, inventory valuation, and lost profits. Clients often look to him for advice and representation on complex damage valuations.
Josh counsels and provides guidance on issues including business planning, construction and real estate, logistics, and litigation strategy. He assists clients in all stages of recovery efforts, from investigation through post-judgment collection, while working with a network of counsel throughout the United States. His previous experience included working as general counsel for an international final-mile freight forwarder and clerking at a boutique litigation firm specializing in health insurance loss recovery.
Josh resides in Worthington, Ohio, with his wife, Meredith, and their two children.
