Matthew C. Wilson

Attorney

Matthew Wilson is a seasoned trial attorney whose experience spans over twenty five years throughout Pennsylvania. His practice focuses on automobile and trucking negligence, aviation, dram shop and premises liability, product liability, medical malpractice, and workers’ compensation. He represents clients including automobile and trucking manufacturers and dealers, airlines and airline manufacturers, shopping centers, commercial landlords, day care centers, consumer appliance manufacturers, medical device manufacturers, hospitals, healthcare facilities, nurses, and physicians. Matthew has tried numerous cases to a successful result and has handled hundreds of mediations and arbitrations.

Recognizing that intricate problems require comprehensive solutions, Matthew tailors his approach to the distinct needs of each client. His abilities to narrow down complex issues and prepare for litigation by evaluating the legal positions of all parties in a legal dispute have been integral to his success as a litigator. Prior to joining Perez Morris, Matthew was an attorney at Forry Ullman and a shareholder at Marshall Dennehey. He also serves as a Certified Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Matthew lives in Havertown, Pennsylvania with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time with friends and family, golfing and skiing, refurbishing his old home and rooting on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.
