Perez Morris is pleased to announce Andrea Kusselson has joined the Philadelphia Medical Malpractice team led by Amalia Romanowicz.
Andrea – who was named to The Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America® 2026 list in the area of Medical Malpractice Law – Defendants, has more than a decade of experience working with healthcare systems, hospitals, and physicians, defending them against medical malpractice claims and mitigating future risk.
During law school, Andrea was a Dean’s Scholar in Torts and was a finalist in the American Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Negotiations Competition. She also served as a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project Fellow, a prestigious civic education program. In that role, she taught constitutional law at an inner-city public school and prepared students for a moot court competition. Prior to law school, Andrea received her paralegal certificate, sparking her passion for law.
Andrea lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her husband and two daughters.
