“We have a warmth at Perez Morris that you don’t always feel at other firms.”

Perez Morris is the largest certified women-owned law firm in the state of Ohio. With its headquarters in Columbus, the firm has recently expanded to nine offices located throughout the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and New England. Managing Partner Sarah Perez champions a culture of community and inclusivity, recognizing that today’s lawyers have different needs and values than previous generations. The firm offers a flexible work schedule that is particularly appealing to working parents.

“If you build a culture of trust, employees will thrive when they are allowed to spread their wings and take ownership of their career.”

Perez Morris’s flexible model offers working parents a path to success, whereas the traditional law firm model often does not. The firm actively works to achieve pay equity, as well as other diversity, equity and inclusion goals in the workplace. Perez Morris encourages employees to be involved in their communities and provides opportunities to participate in local service projects as a team with their co-workers.

“We embrace that people have families, and those families are important not just to our employees, but to the health of our communities.”

Our attorneys enjoy open collaboration, designed to provide the best possible team to meet each client’s needs. Leadership roles at Perez Morris are available to all and in some cases, rotate, to provide employees with flexibility and professional development opportunities. We focus on individual professional goals and growth plans that offer the flexibility and professional development opportunities to achieve career and professional advancement.

We are always interested in hearing from attorneys and other legal professionals who may be a good fit for our firm. Please send your resume and cover letter to Diane Kerley, Director of Firm Operations at [email protected]. Perez Morris is an equal opportunity employer.
