Perez Morris partner Elizabeth Weeden was honored as one of Columbus Business First’s 2026 Women of Influence at a special reception in Dublin on July 23, 2026. Beth was recognized in the Community Champion category for those who have donated significant time, energy, and resources to a cause in the community.
In the Women of Influence Q&A, Beth shared how her definition of success has changed over time.
“Early on, success meant achievement, advancement and how others viewed me. Today, I define success by the strength of my relationships, fulfillment in my work and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.”
Beth is a longtime volunteer for LSS CHOICES, the only domestic violence shelter and crisis hotline in Franklin County. She has served on their advisory board since 2018 and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for the shelter’s parent organization, Lutheran Social Services (LSS) of Central Ohio.
