Perez Morris is pleased to congratulate managing partner Sarah Perez for receiving the Ohio State Bar Foundation’s Excellence in Diversity & Inclusion Award. The annual award honors an attorney who has championed diversity, equality, and inclusion in the legal system.
Sarah accepted the award at OSBF’s Gala & Annual Awards Celebration on Friday, October 23, 2026, in Columbus. In her remarks, she acknowledged the strong foundation built by John Perez and Troy Morris, who founded Perez Morris in 1997.
“They built our foundation on the knowledge that diversity in race, national origin, sexual orientation, age, and religion means diversity in backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives,” she said. “I’ve had the privilege of carrying their vision forward alongside an extraordinary team. We know it makes us better lawyers, a better firm to work with, and a better firm to work for.”
