Mony B. P. Yin has extensive litigation experience in the construction and aviation industries as well as product liability, New York Labor Law, premises liability, and insurance fraud investigation across various U.S. industries. Her practice focuses on defense of commercial entities, healthcare entities and professionals, restaurants, retailers and professionals in complex, high-exposure litigation. Mony also defends employers and insurance carriers in Workers’ Compensation matters. Prior to joining Perez Morris Hyde, Mony handled complex litigation claims for private law firms and major insurance companies, where she frequently defended clients in jury and bench trials, mediations and arbitrations in state and federal courts.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Mony attended Tufts University, where she served as an intern for the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna, Austria, and studied non-military use of nuclear energy. She is fluent in Khmer and proficient in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
