Rebecca defends businesses in general liability and complex commercial litigation, including construction matters, property and casualty litigation, premises and product liability, malpractice defense, and workers’ compensation.
Michelle’s litigation experience spans business disputes, labor and employment, fraud investigations, premises liability, real estate and construction litigation, and ADA Title III defense.
