Christopher Stefancik joined the Cleveland office of Perez Morris in 2026, bringing more than 25 years of experience in workers’ compensation law. He represents employers in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including administrative hearings, court appeals, and mandamus actions. Chris also has extensive experience handling workplace safety and OSHA matters, Medicare compliance issues, fraudulent claims investigations, and VSSR claims. His broad background enables him to provide strategic, practical counsel across the full spectrum of workers’ compensation and occupational safety matters.

Prior to joining Perez Morris, Chris represented plaintiffs, handling their claims both administratively and through the court process. He focused on work-related hearing loss and developed deep insight into the evolving medical perspective of workplace injuries, as well as changes in the administrative process. He also spent several years in private practice.

In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling, especially to visit extended family in the United Kingdom, and cooking.
