Perez Morris is pleased to welcome Christopher Stefancik to its Cleveland Office. Chris brings more than 25 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, representing clients in all aspects of litigation, including safety and OSHA violations, Medicare compliance, fraudulent claims, and VSSR matters.
With Ohio’s complex workers’ compensation system, Chris understands the importance of not only knowing the law but also translating its impact on his clients’ cases. He is known for strong communication at every stage of the legal process, helping his clients achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Perez Morris, Chris represented plaintiffs, handling their claims both administratively and through the court process. He focused on work-related hearing loss and developed deep insight into the evolving medical perspective of workplace injuries, as well as changes in the administrative process. He also spent several years in private practice.
In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling, especially to visit extended family in the United Kingdom, and cooking.
