David R. Bronstein is a seasoned and experienced trial attorney, and his practice focuses on high-exposure cases involving catastrophic loss. He typically handles aviation, construction, product liability and commercial/personal transportation matters and claims. David represents general contractors, construction managers, owners, engineers and architects, subcontractors, and construction material manufacturers and suppliers on both public and private projects. He is counsel of choice for an award-winning, second-generation full-service construction firm serving the Delaware Valley since 1962.

David’s insurance defense experience is extensive. He has arbitrated hundreds of cases involving product liability, premises liability, insurance fraud investigation and motor vehicle liability claims. He has also tried many cases successfully to verdict.

David regularly serves as an arbitrator in various matters and frequently handles cases for Philadelphia’s Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP).

He presents seminars and lectures for clients and continuing legal education providers. David lives in the Philadelphia area, enjoys travel and once served as a tour guide and restaurant reviewer.
