Heather K. D’Onofrio is a Partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office focusing her practice on the defense of health care providers and medical professionals in matters involving alleged malpractice, catastrophic injuries, and significant financial exposure.

A seasoned litigator with more than 20 years of experience, Heather has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in professional liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury litigation in the Philadelphia region. Additionally, she spent several years as owner and partner at The D’Onofrio Firm, where she practiced alongside her husband. Heather’s clients include physicians, nurses, pharmacists, hospitals, and health systems.

Heather has been named to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list annually since 2019. She was previously named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2011-2017.

Heather lives in Delaware County with her husband and two children. She is active in her community and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Delaware Community College’s Paralegal Studies program and on the Board of Directors of the Helen Kate Furness Library.
