Jo A. Tatarko

Partner

Jo A. Tatarko focuses on employment defense, financial services litigation, probate litigation and business litigation. She represents clients in employment related lawsuits and administrative claims, as well as in breach of contract matters, probate and business disputes. Jo joined the Perez Morris Cleveland office in 2022.

Prior to joining Perez Morris, Jo represented individuals and small businesses in various contractual and employment disputes. Jo’s previous experience gives her a strategic edge in prosecuting and defending civil cases.

Throughout her career Jo has been a strong advocate for her clients. She brings a realistic viewpoint that allows for a critical, yet honest assessment of the case and allows her to work towards the appropriate resolution.

Jo lives in Chesterland, Ohio with her family. She enjoys Cleveland’s cultural and foodie scene, especially attending performances by the Cleveland Orchestra.
