Kimberly Holmes

Lead Counsel, Specialty Lines

Kimberly Holmes serves as Lead Counsel, Specialty Lines for the firm. In that capacity, she oversees insurance industry referrals to the firm regarding claims for clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small and midsize organizations across multiple industry verticals. Kim also manages all external relationships and collaboration with key industry brokers, claim counsel, and senior carrier claim and underwriting leadership on behalf of the firm. Kim works closely with the firm’s managing members and regional lead attorneys on various employment, business litigation, insurance, regulatory, compliance and litigation management matters across the country.

Prior to joining Perez Morris, Kim served in various legal, executive and management capacities within the insurance industry for over twenty years. Prior to her career in the insurance industry, she practiced employment law, after serving a one-year appointment as law clerk to the late Hon. E. Eugene Spear of the Connecticut Appellate Court.

Kim speaks frequently at national insurance and industry events and is regularly requested to participate in market and industry discussions evolving dialogue around the healthcare industry, management liability, cyber liability, risk mitigation, and the need for effective, ongoing communication between organizations and their multiple insurance industry partners.
