Sarah Perez selected as 2024 Women WELDing the Way

Perez Morris is proud to announce that Managing Partner Sarah Perez has been selected as one of 12 women by Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD) as a 2024 Women WELDing the Way® honoree. The award recognizes Sarah as a high impact leader, who is dedicated to supporting the leadership development of other women and who gives time, talent and resources to the central Ohio community.

“The women being recognized have stepped up as leaders in new and bolder ways to create the change needed to empower women and overcome economic disparity in our communities and workplaces,” says WELD President & CEO Barb Smoot.

Sarah Perez became managing partner in 2019, and by 2022 Perez Morris became Ohio’s largest certified woman-owned law firm. Under her leadership, the firm has opened several new offices in the Northeast and Ohio and has doubled in size.
