Stacy Starcher

Of Counsel

Accomplished trial attorney Stacy A. Starcher applies her extensive experience to focus exclusively on the defense of healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive solutions for each client. Stacy has tried dozens of medical malpractice and medical negligence cases to verdict across Ohio and Pennsylvania, providing a robust legal defense in cases involving radiology, emergency medicine, general surgery, neurosurgery and oncology. Additionally, her experience extends to defending matters in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as family and internal medicine.

Stacy also advises medical professionals and institutions in pre-trial investigations and risk management. She is board certified in Trial Advocacy and Civil Procedure by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Prior to joining Perez Morris, Stacy was a Shareholder at an AmLaw 200 law firm.

Stacy’s practice is firmly rooted in providing a voice for medical doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other allied health professionals facing malpractice accusations. Stacy’s passionate approach to defending medical malpractice claims is driven by her understanding of the deep and often-hidden impact these allegations have on the professional and personal lives of healthcare providers. Her unique blend of empathy, preparation and persistence is pivotal in providing strong advocacy for her clients and guiding them through the intricacies of the litigation process, so that they can get back to their work as healthcare providers.

Outside of her law practice, Stacy spends time with her husband Dustin and her dog, is an avid runner and enjoys boating. When she’s not working, Stacy splits her time between her home in Lake Mohawk in Carroll County, Ohio, and Cape Coral, Florida.
