Celia Schnupp Speaks with TLNT on Menopause Accommodations for Employers
Celia Schnupp, an attorney at Perez Morris, recently participated in a Q&A with TLNT to discuss the necessity for employers to accommodate women with menopause symptoms. The US Department of Labor estimates 516,000 workforce departures linked to a lack of consideration for these symptoms, with an additional 1.7 million women considered “at risk” of leaving.
Celia’s discussion with TLNT highlights the need for employers to recognize the challenges women encounter during menopause. “Employers that either downplay or ignore this are likely to suffer big problems when it comes to attracting and retaining talent.”
